There is a travel advisory in our region due to the heavy snowfall with as much as 15 cm expected by the end of the day. Highway 11 from Hearst to Cochrane including Kapuskasing is covered as well as Highway 655 to Timmins also covered. However, Highway 11 from Cochrane to Matheson is closed to due an accident and Highway 101 from Timmins to Matheson is closed due to weather conditions.
