The snowfall we had last night and into this morning has covered the highways in our region. Highway 11 from Hearst to Kapuskasing is covered. It’s partly covered from Smooth Rock Falls to Cochrane. Highway 655 to Timmins is partly covered as well. For the latest road conditions visit Ontario 511.
Note: There may be a traffic delay at Government Road and Riverside Drive in Kapuskasing where a tractor trailer has broken down at the lights. Use caution around that area.
The Town of Kapuskasing is continuing snow removal operations — be care with work crews around the streets today.
