School Buses from Smooth Rock Falls to Hearst including Kapuskasing are cancelled this morning. That’s for the English and French Public and Catholic School Boards, but schools do remain open for learning. Highway 11 Hearst to Cochrane and Highway 655 to Timmins are partly covered or covered with salt and sanding operations underway.
