The Jumpstart/Kidsport Kapuskasing art fundraiser has come to an end. Dozens of different art forms were on display at the Paquin Gallery in the fundraiser. There was paintings, weaving, quilting, woodworking of all sorts, and even pottery all made by local artists. It’s not known how much the auction raised but fundraising is continuing. Next weekend there’ll be a day of activities in the Canadian Tire parking lot including live musicians. That fundraiser goes rain or shine.
