A “Taste of Hearst” will be returning again for the third year. There will be two days of activities says the Economic Development Corporation. This year the festivities will begin on Friday September 11th and continue through the 12th. Many of the events will be taking place under tents on George Street. Exhibitors will display their products and know-how by offering their creations for the public to taste. A Sausage ‘n’ Beer Fest will take place Friday night. On Saturday the Rib Fest Contest takes place from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Tickets will soon be on sale at the tourist information centre.
