Northern College’s Northern Training Division is launching a new on-line e-learning platform. The announcement was made in Timmins yesterday. The platform will allow employers and individuals to access short-form training programs from anywhere with internet access. Northern says that its initial offerings include health and safety-focused courses like WHIMIS. Northern can also customize course content to meet an employer’s unique needs. Northern has already started working with employers to set up specific courses for its employees.
