Six new cases of COVID-19 reported

We have crossed the threshold of 2,200 COVID-19 cases for the Porcupine Health Unit since the onset of the pandemic.

Six new cases have been confirmed.  Four of them are in what PHU calls “the area of Cochrane, Matheson, Iroquois Falls and Smooth Rock Falls”, and two in Timmins.  That boosts the total to 2,205.

There are no resolved cases reported, bringing the currently active total to 16.
