Kap Chamber launches think local first campaign

Finding Rudolph and the Christmas Wish Book are back as part of the Kapuskasing and District Chamber of Commerce’s think local first campaign.  Chamber vice-president Phillipe Guertin says both campaigns that were official launched Tuesday afternoon are great to drive traffic to local businesses.

“People walk through your store, make sure your staff knows what going on and greet the customers coming in,” he said. “And just gives you an opportunity to show the quality of service and the products you have and what you have to offer.”

The Wish Book will be delivered to all addresses along the highway 11 corridor from Smooth Rock Falls to Hearst on November 12. It will feature gift ideas from local businesses, including gift cards from restaurants.

Weekly prizes are up for grabs in Finding Rudolph. You can scan the QR code or fill out the ballot when you spot him.
