The Kapuskasing Economic Development Corporation has inked a deal for the experimental farm. The first tenant at the farm will develop three enterprises that will see the utilization of almost 900 acres of the farm and most of the buildings. Andrew Gordanier is the new lease-holder of this acreage. The KEDC is looking to lease the remaining acreage and buildings to create more employment and investment in the farm. The long-term lease includes an option to buy the farm at the end of the lease period.
