A 26-year-old Timmins man will be in Kapuskasing court in July. Kapuskasing OPP was called to a McPherson Avenue address. A naked man was in a hallway urinating in a cigarette bin. As a result of the investigation he now faces several charges including being drunk in public and an indecent act.
