A 56 –year old Kapuskasing resident is facing numerous charges following a motor vehicle accident early Friday morning.
The driver of a pick-up truck is accused of hitting a transport on Government Road West in a one lane construction zone.
The accident closed the highway for nearly six hours. The pick-up driver is charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm, impaired driving causing bodily harm, driving under suspension and failure to stop for a red light.
He appears in a Kapuskasing courtroom on October 18th.
