Kapuskasing OPP say they’re aware of video on social media alleging police brutality on the part of an officers one night last week.
Some of the video has been supplied to our newsroom. The contributor says it shows a man being tasered by an officer, falling to the ground and hitting his head on the concrete. The male officer continues to punch the man, while a female officer stands by.
The OPP are asking for anyone with information on the incident to contact the James Bay Detachment.
