There is a power outage coming to Downtown Kapuskasing this Sunday.
It will take place from 7 am to noon and affect Northern Ontario Wires customers on the Circle, Byng, Cain, Queen Dallyn and Sheppard. Northern Ontario Wires officials say the interruption is necessary to perform upgrades to its system.
