A driver from Peterborough is learning the hard way that when the sign on the side of the road says the speed limit is 50 kmh, that doesn’t mean 108.
Kapuskasing OPP allege that just before 10:00am Sunday, their radar clocked the car going that fast.
The result? Losing the car for a week, along with his driver’s licence, and a Highway Traffic Act charge of racing.
