A 23-year-old Winnipeg man picked the wrong time and wrong place to be in a hurry yesterday while driving through Kapuskasing.
Just before 10:00am, OPP officers saw a car coming towards their cruiser at a high rate of speed, while passing three transports.
It was a 90 kilometre-an-hour zone. His car was clocked at 150.
He’s been charged with racing and passing when the roadway wasn’t clear. His car was seized and his driver’s licence suspended for seven days each.
