But Committee Chairman Julien Boucher says the group is still hopeful to have the big kick-off bash on April 8th if the town can have crowds of at least 50 people.“We are going to have a couple of spots or locations that are going to present the celebration, but the main venue is going to be at the Civic Centre,” he said. “We are going to celebrate people in town and have a live show as well.”Boucher says an event will take place even if the public health protocols limit crowd size.“And if it’s not possible then it’s going to be virtual, so we are going to give you more information on that as we get close to April 8th,” he said.
