Two people somewhere along Hwy. 11 between Smooth Rock Falls and Matheson are now cases 103 and 104 of COVID-19 in the territory covered by the Porcupine Health Unit.
Although it did earlier in the pandemic, the health unit no longer mentions age or gender of anyone testing positive.
It does say, however, that both of these new cases contracted the coronavirus from coming into contact with another case, and are in self-isolation.
Case 102 is also from what PHU calls the “Area of Cochrane, Matheson, Iroquois Falls, Smooth Rock Falls”.
