Northern Ontario wires and Hydro One customers in our region are preparing for the major power outage on Sunday. More than 2,800 customers will be affected by the 10 hour outage from 7 am to 5 pm that includes most of Kapuskasing, as well Moonbeam to Hearst including Calstock. Major upgrades to the transmission system is the reason behind that lengthy outage.
