A second lengthy power outage is set for the Kapuskasing area. About 3,000 Hydro One customers from Moonbeam to Opasatika including Kapuskasing will be hit with a four hour outage on Tuesday, July 14 in the overnight hours from 3 am to 7 am. Hydro One officials say the outage is necessary to perform regular maintenance. It’s the second one for the area in less than three days as a 10 hour power outage takes place two days prior on Sunday, July 12th affecting Moonbeam to Calstock including Kapuskasing and Hearst.
