The hydro dams north of Kapuskasing have become a great spot for some to go fishing. If you are looking at heading up that way this month then you are in for some delays. Ontario Power Generation has announced that they will be limited access to crossing the Little Long hydro dam via the Fraserdale road in Smooth Rock Falls this month. The delays are due to the construction project at the Adam Creek spillway. There will be no access to crossing Little Long via Fraserdale Road for the next three years starting next month. If you wish to head up north you will have to detour by using the Freddy Flat Road through Smokey Falls in Kapuskasing.
