BREAKING NEWS: Premier Ford declares state of emergency

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has declared a state of emergency in the province effective this morning
All facilities providing indoor activities, public libraries, day cares and entertainment providers are to close
All restaurants will be limited to delivery or take out, and all gatherings of more than 50 people are banned
The premier is calling for businesses to work together to support workers affected by the outbreak, introducing the first stage of a 300 million dollar COVID-19 relief package.
