Are you looking for something different to do that involves in being out in nature? Your help is needed to help with the bird count in the Hearst area on Saturday. Spokesman Victor Granholm invites people to start watching birds in a 12 kilometre radius starting at Hearst Town Hall anytime during the day. You are asked to keep track of the different species of birds that they say. Some of the birds that need to be watched for include woodpeckers, ravens, eagles, owls, sparrows, and doves just to name a few. You are invited to drop by The Husky in Hearst on Saturday morning at 8 am and help make sure that certain areas are covered.
