A logo contest begins on Tuesday for the Kapuskasing 100th anniversary. If you have an opinion or an idea what the logo should look like you are invited to submit something before December 12. Anniversary Committee chairman Julien Boucher says the logo must have wording only Kap 100 and what the community represents.
“There are no many barriers for people to create the logo,” Boucher said. “We want people to be as creative as possible when it comes to the design.”
You can submit your logo to as a JPEG or a PDF to [email protected]. The subject line of the email must be Kap100 Concept Logo Competition. Followed by the name of the entrants. Remember to provide your name, address and phone number along with your email address.
Boucher says the committee is excited to work on this unique event and want to give people an opportunity to share in their vision for the model town of the north.
