It was a tremendous last two days for the Kapuskasing Food Bank in its annual Fall Food Drive that took place on the circle. Members of the Kapuskasing Rotary Club collected $11,000 in cash donations during the two-day event and nearly 2,000 pounds of food.
Donations came in from people of all ages including St. Patrick’s School students to children as young as 2 and 3 to a variety of local businesses.
The Food Bank serves family members, couples and singles nearly year round.
