One lucky resident could be winning $1,000 to start their weekend. The second Kapuskasing BIA Draw is set for later this morning at 11 am at the Kapuskasing Chamber of Commerce. It’s the part of the new look and feel to the downtown core that included new flags and street signs. Those who shop downtown will be given a ballot to fill out and enter into the draw. The draws take place every Friday during September on the Moose FM Facebook Page.
