Kap Flyers, Great North Midget Hockey League Go Through Changes

The Kapuskasing Flyers will be hosting the Great North Midget Hockey League’s year end playoff tournament in March. That was part of many changes the League announced a few weeks ago. The League will also increase its schedule from 36 to 38. New Flyers Head Coach Sheldon Reasbeck says the changes will benefit the players of the entire league giving them more exposure. Reasbeck added that the league will also send an all-star team to a very prestigious tournament in Quebec this season.

The Kapuskasing Flyers are part of the league that also includes the Timmins Majors, Soo Greyhounds, Sudbury Nickel Capital Wolves, North Bay Trappers and the New Liskeard Cubs.
