This show is set to be quite a circus.
According to Volunteer Erin Van Alstine, this coming Saturday the best skaters Kapuskasing and the surrounding area has to offer will be at the Kapuskasing Figure Skating Club’s Year-End Show.
Van Alstine says the theme will be ‘The Greatest Show’ which will involve a big circus like focus.
“The title this year is the greatest show, so you are going to hear music that relates to things that you might see in the circus like lion tamers and lions, there will be Chinese acrobats, so its very much themed around the greatest showman and the circus theme.”
She says this may be one of the best shows the KFSC has ever had.
“I think its going to be probably one of the best shows they’ve ever had the kids have been working really hard let alone the theme when you walk in. Your going to feel like you’ve entered the big top with cotton candy, popcorn, the whole nine yards, it is really going to be a show you are going to want to see.”
Van Alstine says they are super proud of all the girls, the work that they have put in for the show.
The year-end show begins Saturday at 2:00pm at the Sports Palace Arena in Kapuskasing.
