An issue stemming from the early morning near Shallow Lake Road around Mattice has now been removed allowing traffic to flow normally. UPDATE: 2:55pm The issue near Val Rita-Harty has been cleared. The issue which involved a transport truck rear-ending a snow plow just outside the town along the highway has now been removed. Traffic is slowly beginning to flow normally through this section of Highway 11 again. A pair of accidents are still creating delays along Highway 11. The Ministry of Transportation Ontario is reporting an accident from this afternoon near Val Rita-Harty saw a snow plow rear-ended by a transport truck just west of the town along the highway. Currently the northbound lane and shoulder are still blocked from the issue as the transport is removed from the ditch. As well, another issue from earlier this morning saw a vehicle end up in the ditch along Highway 11 at Shallow Lake Road just outside of Mattice. Crews are still on scene and have been since around 8:00am as the northbound shoulder and lane are still blocked in the area. Further updates will be provided as they come in.
