A local company is helping to keep animal rescue thriving into the future.
Rock N’ Beauty Parlour decided to do some further giving following the Christmas season to start the brand New Year.
Owners Danielle Godard and Jennifer Carriere reached out to Animal Rescue of Kapuskasing to make a donation of $600 worth of Hair Products as well as $1244 from their annual fundraiser. Therefore a total of $1844 was raised for the organization.
Carriere on social media posted that the donation was made as a thank you to ARK for their wonderful work and dedication to animals in need.
She also says their target was about half of their end total, meaning they pretty much doubled what they expected to be their final donation.
The owners wanted to thank their clients, family and friends as well as ARK for making this donation a reality.
