All day long Wednesday the Kapuskasing and surrounding areas will be able to do their part to give the less fortunate a merry Christmas.
The fundraiser is part of a national plan from Vista Radio Ltd. to raise $1 million dollars in one day for local charities across Canada.
Wednesday starting at 6:00am is the annual “MooseFM Community Cares Radiothon” and this year the radiothon will be sponsoring NEOFACS Christmas Angel Campaign.
For twelve hours MooseFM will open up the phone lines asking for generous donations from the local community in order to help NEOFACS give kids and families a warm and satisfying Christmas.
Through a donation tomorrow you can play a part in helping NEOFACS continue their wonderful work in helping local community families enjoy the holiday season.
During the “Moose FM Community Cares Radiothon” tomorrow Val Albert Motors will also be holding a ‘Fill the Fiat” from 9:00am to 5:00pm collecting toys for the Christmas Angel Campaign.
