Garbage and recycling will be getting picked up a day earlier moving forward in Fauquier-Strickland.
The township has announced that as of next Thursday, December 6th they will be beginning their new and revised schedule for waste collection.
The new schedule will now see both garbage and recycling still collected weekly, but now a day earlier on Thursdays beginning at 8:00am and running until 5:00pm.
Residents are still asked to have their bins out by 7:00am the day of to be collected.
