The postal workers’ union says this undermines their ability to negotiate a fair deal and claims Canada Post has just been holding out for the government to make this move.

CTV news reports 11 auto insurance companies have been named in a lawsuit claiming HST costs aren’t being covered in medical claims. Ontario law states taxes must be paid back on top of any costs covered by insurers. The lawsuit still needs to be certified.
