Fauquier is flushing out its hydrants today.
Between 8:00am and 4:00pm the Ontario Clean Water Agency will proceed with flushing hydrants north of Highway 11.
The township says you may experience coloured or murky water during and after the flushing.
If this is the case past 4:00pm, let your cold water run first for a few minutes before use.
During the flushing it is also possible some households may experience a loss of water pressure or no water at all.
The town apologizes for the inconvenience and thanks its residents for their patience and understanding.
