Local Cheese Producer Receiving High Praise At Agricultural Fair

A local cheese producer is succeeding in the spotlight.

Fromagerie Kapuskoise, the French-style artisan cheese producers have been a huge hit with visitors at the 2018 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.

The Kapuskasing-based cheese facility is ringing up sales as part of the FedNor-supported Northern Ontario Agri-food Pavilion.

FedNor Communications Office r Barclay Babcock says Fromagerie Kapuskoise has been one of the featured businesses at this year’s fair.

This is the 18th year that FedNor has held the event bringing businesses from across the North together and helping them to develop greater markets for their products.

The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is Canada’s largest indoor agricultural exhibition, attracting roughly 300,000 people yearly.

This year’s fair will run until Sunday, November 11th in Toronto.
