UPDATE: Highway 11 traffic flow now restored to normal.
A tractor trailer is currently blocking Highway 11 out front of Flying J in Kapuskasing.
OPP are on scene as a tractor trailer has managed to direct itself across both lanes of traffic along Highway 11, forcing police to the scene.
Local Listener Sam Gaulin says she noticed the issue roughly 20 minutes prior to alerting us at 4:30pm.

Currently the Highway section is seeing cars re-routed through the gas station.
