Dress Purple Day In Kapuskasing Wednesday

Tomorrow Kapuskasing is dressing in purple to bring a focus to the suffering youth in our world.

Dress Purple Day is taking place in Kapuskasing to raise awareness about the rights of children and youth to safety and well-being.

Northeastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services requested the town make today an officially recognized day by the community in order to spread awareness.

The Dress Purple Day campaign is to ensure youth and children are aware of the services available to them if they feel emotionally or physically unsafe.

NEOFACS ask that tomorrow you wear your purple in order to show support for child abuse prevention.
