Advance polling for the municipal election in Hearst will come to an end Sunday.
Residents are prepping for the final opportunity to cast a vote prior to election day.
Voting in the 2018 Municipal Election can be done at Hearst Town Hall Sunday from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
All voters must present proof of identity and residence to vote, if a voter cannot, they must complete the prescribed Declaration of Identity.
Also, if you are unable to vote on any of their designated voting days for any reason, the town says you can appoint a proxy, which is a voter on your behalf.
To do so, pick up a proxy appointment form available at the Clerk’s Office beginning Friday, October 19th or Election Day October 22nd.
