In a few months the MNRF will make access to hunting and fishing licensing and products easier.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry has announced that come late November on the 26th, a new online service has been created to make it easier for anglers and hunters to get outdoors.

Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry Jeff Yurek says the service will be easy to use, and will include features such as a mobile License Summary and a single Outdoors Card.

In order for the service to be brought in to play there will be two planned service interruptions, one from November 19th through 25th where there will be no fishing or hunting licenses for sale.

As well as one from the 19th of November until December 31st of 2018, where licenses requiring a game seal will not be available for purchase.

The MNRF say that as of January 1st of 2019 all hunting and fishing licenses will again be made available for purchase during their regular time frames.
