Your used winter clothing could keep someone else warm when the temperature drops.
The Centre de Sante Communautaire de Kapuskasing et Region and the North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services are holding their first ever winter clothing drive.
The project is titled ‘Below Zero Operation’, and is inviting members of the community to come and donate your gently used winter clothing such as coats, boots, hats and mitts.
There are three drop off locations located at the Centre de Sante 27 Kolb Avenue or NEOFACS 29 Kolb Avenue and also at Cooper Equipment Rental located at 38 Riverside Drive.
Donations will be accepted at these locations up until October 17th.
