DSB ONE has announced the appointment of a new Superintendent.
James Rowe has been named District School Board Ontario North East’s newest Superintendent of Human Resources.
A resident of Haileybury, Rowe has served in education for nearly 30 years as a teacher, administrator and recently Senior Manager of Human Resources within DSB ONE.
Rowe says he is community-minded and will show that.
“I look forward to continued work with the Board and serving our students and staff. I am pleased to be part of a team that works daily to implement our vision and mission.”
Director of Education Lesleigh Dye says Jim has a proven track record of excellence with the board, strong leadership skills, and an extensive experience that will serve the board well.
She says the change in title from Senior Manager to Superintendent is to reflect how much Rowe accomplishes for the board.
