A stolen vehicle from Alberta has been found and two suspects charged.

The James Bay Detachments of the OPP around 6:00pm on August 10th were alerted of stolen gas in Beardmore, and suspects that were travelling east on highway 11towards Hearst.

Provincial Constable Stephanie Belec says officers eventually stopped the vehicle near Hornepayne after a short chase and arrested both the driver and passenger.

An 18-year-old Saskatchewan man has been handed 11 charges which include; theft, racing a motor vehicle and fleeing the scene.

Also, a 16-year-old Saskatchewan girl has received eight charges, including; theft, and two counts of failing to comply with police.

The accused will appear in Cochrane court today.
