For Kapuskasing and area residents headed to Stars and Thunder in Timmins this Canada Day weekend, there are some points to keep in mind.
The city has created free parking areas for out-of-town visitors.
One site is Vipond Road and another is at the Spruce Street South snow dump.
Officials have made the annual festival completely wheelchair accessible with viewing platforms and pathways as well as entrances and bathrooms.
For people needing to get around, transit and the handy transit are free.
Festival goers are also allowed to bring certain chairs and water bottles onto the grounds.
