You can now pedal to help those battling with cancer.
That’s according to James Croteau, the Organizer of the Great Cycle Challenge for Kapuskasing, who says he decided to join the challenge for friend Paul Nolet after he was diagnosed with cancer.
Croteau says he may be riding for Paul on the webpage, but as he lists in his description of the fundraiser, he is riding to help kids with cancer live their lives rather than fight for them.
He says after beginning Sunday, things have gotten off to an amazing start.
Croteau says after feeling helpless for his friend and others suffering, he was fed up, and decided to join this challenge.
He says you do not have to be riding in order to help raise funds, however, if you would like to join in on the cycling that is more than welcome.
