Wedge Represents Well At Weightlifting Nationals

A new experience, new personal bests and a solid weekend of representing the province.

That’s what took place this weekend at the University of Toronto Mississauga campus according to Kaylee Wedge during the Senior Canadian Weightlifting Championships for 2018.

Wedge says she had some solid results, including a personal best of 155 kilograms between her two lifts.

She says the experience of the entire weekend was awesome on many levels.

Wedge says her snatch as well as clean and jerk performances turned out better than expected.

Wedge finished the weekend with a few personal records to take home and improve upon as she looks forward to next year’s schedule of competitions.
