The Sport and Trade Show drew over 1,900 visitors on a busy weekend in Kapuskasing.
Town of Kapuskasing Secretary Kelly Kraby says the total number of visitors was something they were very proud to reach, but there were also other reasons to smile.
Kraby says their weekend pass, a five dollar purchase, turned out much better than expected as she says roughly half of the returning visitors Saturday were also there the day prior.
She says both days saw a wonderful turnout at the Sports Palace Arena for the show.
Kraby also says the feedback from exhibitors was mainly positive, including their new exhibitors, which leaves them feeling good about this year’s event.
