News OPP Seize Over $2,000 In Drugs, Cash And Unmarked Cigarettes From Hearst Home SHARE ON: Nick Birnie, staff Thursday, May. 10th, 2018 $2,245 of drugs, cigarettes and cash has been seized from a home in Hearst. The OPP North East Region Community Street Crimes Unit performed a drug warrant at a home on Front Street in Hearst on May 3rd. Police found methamphetamine, unmarked cigarettes and over $2,105 in Canadian money. Officers have arrested and charged a 48-year-old Hearst man on four separate charges including possession for the purpose of trafficking and trafficking marijuana under three kilograms. The accused is scheduled to appear in Hearst court on June 6th.
