For a third straight year Healthy Community Kapuskasing will help add some colour to your life.
The third annual I’m Living It in Colour event will take place towards the end of May hosted by HCK.
HCK Member Joanne Bennett says the colour run is a chance to get active with fellow members of your community by biking, walking or running the five-kilometer route.
Bennett says the event is a fantastic way to engage the community, from children right through to seniors, she says they encourage everyone to participate if they can.
She also mentions that return participants are being asked to bring their t-shirts from last year’s run to re-use for this year’s event.
The run will take place at Riverside Park on Sunday, May 27th.
Registration will also be held at Riverside Park’s tennis court beginning at 12:00pm on the day of the run, or can be done prior online through here.
