Daughters of Isabella donate $5,000 to Sensenbrenner Hospital to put towards CT scan.
Following their Annual Canadian Supper fundraiser in late February, the Daughters of Isabella have donated part of their funds raised to the local Kapuskasing hospital.
Regent for the Daughters of Isabella Gisele Courchaine says the supper proceeds have often been given back to those in need within the community.
Courchaine says this year, they felt it best to put towards a CT scan at the hospital which can be put to use by the entire community.
Sensenbrenner Hospital applied for a CT scan back in June of 2017 through the North East Local Health Integration Network.
