Local ladies will hit the runway for the sake of furthering breast cancer awareness.
Blooming Bouquet will hold a Fall Fashion Show Friday, there second in the past six months.
Organizer Maureen Loaring-Reed says the event is still a fundraiser at heart, albeit they will not be asking for donations, rather simply bringing awareness to breast cancer research.
Loaring Reed says despite not being a true fundraiser, they will still give people an opportunity to donate.
She also says this year they have twice as many models, including a much wider age range.
Also, in order to help the cause, Loaring-Reed says Owner Barb Arsenault will be donating ten per cent of all clothing sales made during the following week to Breast Cancer research.
The Blooming Bouquet Fashion Show takes place on Friday, April 13th at the store beginning at 7:00pm.
