Kapuskasing has approved memberships to three separate organizations for 2018.
At council Monday the Northeast Community Network was approved $2,000; Association francaise des municipalites de l’Ontario $1,200 and Northeastern Ontario Municipal Association $400.
Mayor Alan Spacek says all of these organizations are very important to them.
Spacek says these relationships only help to strengthen the community.
He also says all three offer the ability for the township to take advantage of their help when it comes to pushing ideas forward.
